Summer Short-Term Rentals available June - August for 7-day minimum rentals. The rate shown is the monthly rental rate for URI students during the academic season. Summer renters are responsible for the summer weekly rate posted on Airbnb for weeks listed June-August, which is different that this posted rate. Long -Term Rentals are reserved for URI Students September - May. Students are responsible for the monthly rate (paid by semester in advance), both electric and gas utilities (paid monthly and in renters' name), and snow removal. Owner/Landlord pays for water, wifi, lawn maintenance, trash and recycling.
