    We bought this home in 2007 and have loved living here with our large family. But, it’s time to downsize and we would like to sell our beautiful home to a new family with kids, who need a place to play outside, and a place for the adults to relax on the large back patio as they watch them. The bonus/office room window, the kitchen windows, living room windows and master bedroom windows all provide an excellent view of the backyard so you can see what is going outside. This home is on an interior corner lot, which is larger than most lots in Candlewick Acres. Candlewick Acres is found in the Northshore area of Panama City; adjacent to Lynn Haven City limits. It is a very desirable neighborhood that has great schools, friendly neighbors, easy access to just about everything you need; such as shopping, medical offices, restaurants for dine in or takeout, as well as government offices, post secondary schools and vocational schools. This home is also conveniently close to Tyndall AFB, the Naval Support Activity base and of course the Worlds Most Beautiful beaches along the Emerald Coast. In recent years, we started updating and renovating this home with gorgeous granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. We put beautiful tile in the tub/shower enclosures and tiled all the bedrooms, bathrooms, and foyer flooring. All of the kitchen appliances are stainless steel and out in the garage, there is a central house vacuum system for ease of cleaning the home when needed. In the large backyard, there is a detached garage/workshop that is 18X13. It has electricity, a slab foundation, a manual garage door, and includes a concrete parking pad that leads off the garage door exit, along with a side entry/exit door. Yes our asking price exceeds the Zillow Zestimate range and for good reason.
