I am an Argentinian designer architect in Santa Fe. I bought this existing house on this lot and demolished it and built it all new at the end of 2007 and mid-2008. The house is in the historic district of Santa Fe, close to all the amenities. restaurants, museums, Santa Plaza, Farmers Market, train station, and many more, are only within walking distance. The house is Santa Fe style from the outside but very contemporary inside with very high ceilings. Most of the exterior walls are adobe with all interior plaster. The floors are custom-made brick pavers for the inside and portals. The house has a lovely back garden/portal with a BBQ to enjoy with friends. A nice water feature in the back portal creates a nice relaxing sound. The neighborhood, even being in downtown is very quiet.
