Much of our home has been remodeled/upgraded. We've completed an extensive basement remodel including new wool carpet, doors, new cabinets and tile flooring in the laundry, designer paint, and much more. All the windows have been replaced with Milgard energy-efficient windows. All three bathrooms have been remodeled - two with tile flooring and one with heated floor. The kitchen refresh included natural slate flooring, new paint, a skylight, ceiling fan, and recessed fridge. We have new doors and molding throughout the house, and are wired for high-speed internet (FIOS too). We also installed a new gas furnace, water heater, and central air conditioning.
