There is a shared bathroom with my current housemate 'J' (42M) and a bath downstairs as well. I ('K' a 37F) am in the master suite. Rent is $800 per month plus utilities that will be split three ways. There is a $250 deposit for final cleaning that can be refunded upon satisfactory move out. The room is currently sparsely furnished, but can be completely furnished upon request with a nice clean queen mattress and a desk, if needed. You are also welcome to move your own bed and furniture in. The lease terms are month to month ideally, you'd be able to stay a min. of 2-3 months. The townhome has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and is approximately 1450 sq ft. There is an open floor plan downstairs with a spacious kitchen, gas stove, large patio with BBQ, furnished living/dining areas, in unit washer/dryer (upstairs), and plenty of street parking. Both housemates are working professionals. We typically work between 7am to 6pm, and prefer a housemate with similar hours. We share a colorful space and value cleanliness and organization. We are both outdoorsy and go hiking often. Due to the proximity of the bedrooms, we don't have guests over often and ask that a significant other only stay over during a weekend night (Fri or Sat). I currently have a very sweet 8-month-old lab/husky mix puppy. For the time being, no other dogs allowed he is overly stimulated by other animals and unfortunately, we cannot have any other pets at our home. No smoking or vaping (HOA rules). No 420. No drugs.
