The discounted rent on this home is $595/month (when paid in advance by the 25th) and the fully-refundable security deposit is $700. There is also a $10/month fee for quarterly pest control. Cats are allowed with an extra refundable pet deposit of $200 per pet and a monthly pet fee of $20 per pet. Dogs are not allowed.
