We have spent a lot of money fixing up this house and making it as nice as we can. With pets we have discussed considering making small exceptions. 1. Pets have to be small and there is a limit of 2. 2. Extra deposit of $250 non-refundable for any pets 3. Additional cost per month of $100 added to the $850. $850+$100=$950pm 4. We do not have a fenced in yard for this house 5. Dogs would need to be walked on leashes-There are Chickens, Ducks and Cats that we do not want chased or attacked by dogs. 6. Any pet has to be house broken 7. Upon moving out carpets have to be cleaned by a professional carpet cleaner We have had a lot of requests for Viewings and application.
