The kitchen features a simple yet functional design, including a bar area with four seats for casual dining. Equipped with two ovens, a microwave/air fryer, and a dishwasher, it ensures convenience during your stay. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find an open dining room and a cozy family sitting area with large windows that provide abundant natural light and beautiful ocean views. The main floor also includes a second family sitting area with a wet bar, ice maker, and mini refrigerator, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Step outside onto the spacious deck to watch the waves roll in. The main floor features the first bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, while the second floor offers three additional bedrooms, including the primary bedroom with a king-size bed and oceanfront view. The kitchen is equipped with two ovens, a microwave/air fryer, and a dishwasher, making your stay as convenient as possible. It includes a bar area with four seats for casual dining or a quick breakfast before heading out to the beach. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find an open dining room and a cozy family sitting area with large windows that provide abundant natural light and beautiful ocean views. For additional relaxation and entertainment, there's a second family sitting area on the main floor, featuring a wet bar with an ice maker and a mini refrigerator. Guests can rent beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, and kayaks, and we can arrange for grocery delivery and chef services. Babysitting services are also available. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property. This home has a Social membership, and a temporary club membership can be obtained for $200 per day plus a $20 activation fee, with up to three days paid by the owner during June and July. Located in the private, oceanfront gated community of DeBordieu Colony near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, this property offers easy access to miles of beach, tidal creeks, and an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths. The community is situated between Charleston and Myrtle Beach, providing a delightful year-round climate and a range of activities including golf, tennis, and multiple dining options. Enjoy the finest Low Country Lifestyle, whether you're visiting for a few days or considering a longer stay. The maximum number of cars allowed is four. Check-in is from Friday to Friday during the summer. Our properties are cleaned and sanitized by professionally trained and equipped housekeeper employees, following CDC housekeeping protocols and using approved disinfectants and personal protection equipment. Linens and terry are cleaned and sanitized at our commercial laundry.
