Relatively new designer home, built in 2008, near the corner of Veronica Springs and Las Positas Roads, available now only from April 16 through May 26 after a great year of renting almost the entire time we've been on sabbatical. Very high quality wood and stone work throughout, including arched doorways, bedroom balconies, and master bedroom fireplace. High-end kitchen (Wolf stove, All-Clad cookware). Gorgeous views. Open layout with huge windows everywhere. Extremely private, facing open space, surrounded by a creek and wooded area, next to bike path that goes directly down to Arroyo Burro Beach (1.3 miles) and to UCSB (25-40 minutes by bike) in the other direction. Enjoy birds at the bird feeder and an occasional visit by our local bobcat. Gorgeous, quiet, natural setting. Fresh ocean air, tangerine tree, gardens, outdoor shower, beach toys. A very welcoming high end family home. Owner pays water, trash, internet, Netflix account, electricity, and gas up to $500/mo.. For environmental reasons, if the average monthly collective utilities exceed $500, renters will be charged excess (taken out of deposit). Renters pay for any damages incurred by renter, within reason. Owners will take responsibility for damages that are bound to happen and not fault of renter. Absolutely, no matter what, no smoking. There is an additional one-time cleaning & management fee of $600. Because of potential damage to floors, furniture, and grounds, we have a no-pet policy (excluding service animals); however, exceptions will sometimes be made at the discretion of the owners. This is a home we live in most of the time, but we will be going on sabbatical for the 2024-2025 academic year. The Zillow rental estimate for the property is over $12,000, but we don't need to rent it for that much to cover expenses. We would rather find a couple or family who would really enjoy the property and take good care of it while they are here.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
