Property Details: - It is a pretty house with both rooms having walk-in closets and attached bathrooms. Would hence be perfect for either a small family or two separate roommates. - The neighborhood is calm with a pool and a park, and the rent includes the HOA fees (water and trash as well). Additional utilities out of pocket would be Piedmont Gas, Duke Energy and Spectrum Internet. - There is a separate room for a washer and dryer. - Parking lot includes 2 parking spaces for the house, guests can utilize the other guest spots. - Pets are allowed, as long as they aren't exotic animals. Distance from important places: 1). Groceries - Lidl grocery store is 2 mins away. Rivergate at Steelecreek is 5 mins away (2 miles) - has Publix, Harris Teeter, Target and Home Depot. 2). Hospital - Atrium emergency care, also at Rivergate (5 mins). 3). Nearest main road - South Tryon Sreet is 2 mins away (7 blocks). 4). Distance to airport - 20 mins (12 miles). 5). Entertainment - Carowinds is 7 mins away (3 miles), Ayrsley area with Ayrsley Grand Cinema and Top Golf are both a 10 mins drive. Lake Wylie (McDowell's Nature Preserve) is just a 10 min drive (5 miles). 6). Uptown commute - Uptown is a 20-35 minute drive, depending on the traffic. 7). Parties are allowed, provided you stick to the backyard space. There is no carpet in the first floor, but the second floor is all carpeted and needs to be taken care of well. - Neighbors are elderly so I expect you to be respectful and considerate with the noise during parties, late at night.
