Close to trails: upper Huffman, Glen Alps to flat-top Month to month Owners pays trash and sewer Renter pays gas and electric No smoking Pets on approval with additional deposit Can rent furnished, Basement makes a separate apartment, I'm not up for tenant subletting, but could negotiate option for just renting the basement or upstairs for a smaller portion of the rent. The downsides: No garage (maybe next year), Narrow doors (not great for big furniture), Open stairways (nice & open, but I'd be nervous if my kids were still really little)
