The pool is only open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day. $5,000/month is only valid for September through May! ALL utilities are included in the monthly price. Local house cleaner recommendation available upon request. The listing is also posted on Airbnb & VRBO for short-term rentals. First month's rent ($5,000) & damage deposit ($2,500) is due at signing. Pet deposit as well, if applicable. Absolutely NO smoking is allowed in or around the premises.
