Conemaugh Hospital, several bus stops, bars, restaurants, a dollar store, and a grocery store are within walking distance. 1st Summit Arena is a short 5-minute drive away. A large park is only 1000 ft away w/ basketball courts, a tennis court, field, & green area and playground. We are far enough off of Franklin Street, where it's quiet yet very accessible. The space You will have your own private duplex. This place was set up as a long-term rental after we were our own long-term home away-from-home guests. We did our best to include everything needed to make a meal and enjoy your stay. You have your own private off-street parking with two-spots. FYI: The second car will block in the first car. Guest access You will have your own private duplex with front and rear entrances and two parking spots. The duplex has a "powder room" bathroom on the first floor and a full bathroom on the second floor. The parking pad for 2 is captive, so you park behind your first car. The duplex has 2 bedrooms. The second bedroom will be locked with a keypad and not in use during your stay, but you will have unrestricted access to the rest of the unit privately. There is a large unfinished dry basement where laundry is located. There is also a back porch, a comfy living room, a fully stocked kitchen to cook a meal, and a kitchen table complete with games. Make yourself at home! Other things to note We are located very close to Roxbury park and Conemaugh Memorial Hospital, a level 1 trauma center. 5 minutes to 1st Summit Arena. Johnstown is host to year-round events. Safe area of Johnstown. So safe I accidentally left my car door open all night and everything was safe and sound! This is a furnished rental for professionals visiting the area to work with families or in need of additional space. Our leases are month-to-month. All utilities are included, including internet with reasonable usage. There is no Smoking, Plenty of street parking, and two parking spots for you off-street that are captive. No illegal activity permitted. Unauthorized guests in the forfeiture of your rental agreement.
