Within 2 blocks of downtown Fremont and very walkable. Quite a few buses within 2 blocks going downtown. 1.6 miles from downtown Ballard. I bought a home so am looking for a qualified applicant so I can break my lease. You would be starting your own lease and not subletting from me. I ve lived here for 2 years.
