Apartment is in a quiet building, ground floor with large windows. No allocated parking but there are 5 spots directly in front of the building (8 units total) and always spots on the street. Street is not metered or zoned. Within 2 blocks of downtown Fremont and very walkable. Quite a few buses within 2 blocks going downtown. 1.6 miles from downtown Ballard.
I bought a home so am looking for a qualified applicant so I can break my lease. You would be starting your own lease and not subletting from me. I ve lived here for 2 years. Good and quiet neighbors. Laundry in building as well as an additional storage unit for each apartment.
