Single Occupant (we may consider renting to 2 people for $2800/months) No smoking/vaping No pets Tenant must be employed in Pitkin County at least 1500 hours per year Space is about 525 ft. and includes its own washer and dryer. Fully furnished, including linens and bedding. Excellent local references required Rent includes all utilities, including Internet and Cable $2,500/mo. First, Last and $500 security deposit required for move in. If you need slightly lower rent, but meet ALL of the other qualifications, please feel free to message me.
