Looking to rent the upstairs of my father's home. The upstairs is 1500 square feet and includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The upstairs has a separate kitchen form the downstairs occupied by my father. This home is about 5 miles from Wilsonville and 8 miles from Canby. It is nestled in a forested area that is surrounded by farm land. The shared laundry room is downstairs. Water, electricity and internet is included in the rental price. Since my father is older and living downstairs this is a shared living space and will be rented to 1-3 people that are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to live. Will consider house trained pet and would not want a dog that barks at every squirrel. (There are a lot of squirrels out there). Sorry, no young children though would consider a tween/teenager. Younger kids like to run and play and babies cry and though my dad is fond of children he's past the years where he wants the noise they bring with them over his living space. The last couple renters lived here for several years and they loved the quiet life of living out in the forest, but with the easy freeway access.
