It includes utilities except phone/internet, and comes with a refrigerator. Home has a pool, ping pong table, patio seating, and bbq available for tenant use. No smoking, no pets, single occupancy only. Initial lease will be 12 months, typically will go MTM after that. Only street parking is available, but typically is not a problem. For entry, tenant can use main gate, or has more private back gate from alley to access property. Tenant is responsible for obtaining phone/internet service. Single occupant only. The property owner lives on premises, and owns a small dog that may be outside from time to time. Call, text, or email if you would like to setup a time to view the studio in person.
