It's a perfect location for those who wish to take public transportation, covet short commutes in their car, or for those who like getting to places under their own steam. The studio has a large picture window with a beautiful flower garden. We would share the south facing front yard with garden beds and private fenced in back yard as well as the washer and dryer in the garage. A quieter dog is allowed but must get along with other dogs.
