    Freshly painted rooms with new flooring. Upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Plenty of storage in garage with built in cabinets. small but relaxing backyard with covered patio and outdoor patio chairs and table. House is located at end of cul-de-sac and is very quiet. Neighbors are friendly and well established. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Electric bill will be billed separately by Landlord and submitted to tenant. No smoking allowed in house. One cat and one small dog is allowed with landlords pre approval only. Vehicles with any type of leaks are not allowed to park on property. Only the persons who sign the lease are allowed to be living on the property. If a person is requested to be added to address they will have to be pre approved by landlord. All vehicles must be running and up to date on registration. There is a limit of 3 vehicles total allowed to park at residence while under contract of lease. There will be a minimum of a 1 year lease offered to the qualified tenants and will be renegotiated/renewed after that time. Leaser must get pre approval from landlord to change anything physical to the of exterior/interior of the house. It is up to renter to pay for any or all repairs to appliances. Backyard patio table and chairs are included in lease. If glass patio table is cracked or broken there will be a minimum charge of $300.00 to replace. The outside landscaping in the front yard and backyard is the responsibility of the tenant, IE, pulling weeds, trimming bushes, watering plants, cleaning up leaves and debris. The large tree in front (Crape Murtle) will be the responsibility of the Landlord. The wooden stairs leading up to the water spa and the water spa is not included in the lease and is strictly prohibited against any use by tenant. These items will be removed at a later date. Landlord has the right to view and inspect inside and outside of house bimonthly with a 24 hour notice to tenant from landlord.
