furnished room in large furnished house with new hardwood red oak floors in family neighborhood open for rent. utilities included. the people living here are all outdoors active in hiking , sports, ski, camping. no smokers , party people, alcohol, drugs. kitchen and common areas must be kept clean, you can cook but dishes and the kitchen must be cleaned . the bathroom is shared so this is also a cleanup after use of shared area situation. parking is on the street when landlord is in town. utilities are included. usually three people will be home since I work in a different state. I need someone who does not work from home and is normally at work during the day.
