We have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo available. The condo unit is unfurnished and has an attached single car garage with laundry. Electricity is the only utility that is the tenants responsibility but, water and garbage are included. There is a private fire pit and picnic table just outside of the condo. We do not allow pets in the unit. Come enjoy living in the Hills and stay at the condos at Robins Roos! The entire building is for sale as are each individual condo. Terms are subject to lease.
