There is great shopping, restaurants and bars in the area including; Bales Thriftway, Market of Choice and specialty shops, to mention a few. Westlake Village offers: * Swimming Pool * Recreation room * A large duck pond * Pet walking area * Walking paths * Tennis Court The development was built in 1979 and is very well maintained. Rent will be pro-rated the first month if not rented on the first of the month. I require a $400 security/cleaning deposit. $200 is refundable if left in good condition when you move out. (No first/last month required.) This is a month to month agreement. I am looking for a long term renter. No more than two adults to rent condo. 1 dog and/or cat 30 lbs. and under allowed - $25 per pet per month extra. Rent payment must be set up as direct deposit, due on the 1st of the month and considered late on the 5th. Potential tenants pay $50 for credit/background check.
