We have a 2016 3 bedroom 2 bath mobile home moved onto a 1 acre lot in Ragley. We have had this home listed with realtor and it has been contracted 4 times. Each time fell through because of buyer’s financing. Must have pre-approval or proof of funds to view. This home has been moved here from its original site when purchased new. Some lenders do not like a mobile home to have been moved “more than once”. Home has fresh paint and floors throughout. Brand new sewer system, house pad and underground electric were done when we moved home onto property. Washer/dryer, stove and refrigerator stay. We are bringing in dirt right behind the house and the privacy fence will be completed soon.
