We have a 2016 3 bedroom 2 bath mobile home moved onto a 1 acre lot in Ragley. We have had this home listed with realtor and it has been contracted 4 times. Each time fell through because of buyer’s financing. Must have pre-approval or proof of funds to view. This home has been moved here from its original site when purchased new. Some lenders do not like a mobile home to have been moved “more than once”. Home has fresh paint and floors throughout.
