The apartment comes partially furnished with a darling daybed in the guest room; a comfy chair; huge LCD TV and a few other pieces in the living room. These can be removed for your convenience, if unfurnished is preferred. Treasure Island Beach is a haven of white sand & warm Gulf waters. The apartment is elevated above the garage and accessed via a flight of stairs. It is a separate building from the main cottage, where the Owners reside. It has many windows, making it bright and cheery, as do the multiple colors that work together to compliment the beach vibe. The bathroom has a new comfort-height watercloset and the shower has just been freshly tiled. You will be pleasantly surprised by the amount of closet space. There is a wall A/C unit in each bedroom and a A/C & Heat wall unit in the living room.
