A renters dream! Hello all! I appreciate all your inquirys. Here is some key information you will need to consider before moving forward. The house has recently been remodeled to support a split unit where the property has another seperate rental unit downstairs. The owner, myself plans to live downstairs in the basement unit for now and eventually will rent both units out. The units are separate and each have their own kitchen, laundryroom, entrance and privacy. In addition to the 2400.00 deposit (last months rent and damage/pet deposit) tenants are also required to pay 400.00 per month for all included utilities (cable, high speed internet, water, trash, power, gas) Property again has been recently remodeled, but the back yard is not finished. The back yard is big and spacious. I am currently working on the deck and landscaping in the back yard. Once complete tenants will have full access to the shared space. Until then the back yard is off limits due to being under construction. The property is a non/cigarette smoking property. All smoking must happen outside unless otherwise approved by the owner. Marijuana is legal and can be smoked inside if agreed upon by both unit tenants. Currently since I am the tenant it will be up to the renter. Normal common noise laws apply. No loud music or partying after 10 pm on weekdays. Weekends are yours just please be respectful of your above or below tenant. Parking is street parking but you have acres to 2 spaces in front of the house.
