Prospective resident must show a minimum proof of income of $6,000.00 per month. All applicants should apply through Zillow, using the Zillow application process on-line. A security deposit in the amount of one month's rent ($1,975.00) will be due prior to holding the residence for leasing. Once the security deposit is paid residents must take possession and begin paying rent within two weeks. Rent for the first month will be pro-rated. If residents move in prior to the 15th of any month the pro-rated rent for the remainder of the first month will be due prior to moving in.
