Covering 14 acres, this preserve offers a delightful blend of rocky upland forests, natural springs, and wetlands. Lease will begin ASAP and will go through April 30th, 2027. One year renewals will be insisted upon therefore after. Lease terms may or may not include modest market adjustments at renewal. First month's rent plus a $1,200 security deposit will be required before move-it. Pet deposit will be $400 for approved dog and is none refundable. The security deposit is refundable but subject to the condition of the house at move-out. House will be professionally cleaned upon move-out at the renter's expense. Renter are responsible for all utilities, trash mitigation, lawncare, and ice/snow removal. Any clogged plumbing will be the responsibility of the renters. Any harm or alterations done to the interior/exterior of the house or adjacent property will be acceptable. No domestic violence or illegal activity in or around the property. No drug use, vaping or smoking of any substance within the house. One private parking space per unit and street parking is first come first served. Proof of renter's insurance will be required. No longterm overnight adult guests allowed without being added to the lease.
