Shared kitchen and living room space, but each unit comes with two private rooms. 2 bathrooms in the property, in unit washer and dryer in the basement. Utilities are not included in the rent, but monthly expenses should come out to $750 to $800 a month. While we would prefer tenants stay for longer, this property does support month to month rentals as well.
