This home is owned by the local community development non-profit. We acquired it through the city and now are looking for a responsible developer to buy it and fix it up. Priority given to anyone who owner-occupied buyers, but other developers are welcome to give us their proposals. The community group asks to have final facade design approval and a reasonable timeframe to complete the renovations after closing (end of summer 2022). The rest of the design is up to you. The house has been abandoned for years and is currently in very poor condition. Unfortunately there is a hole in the roof that has made the inside structure somewhat unstable inside the front of the building. There is also an addition in the back missing part of the wall. This is not a project for any beginners. It will require a lot of work and knowledge to get the building back to a beautiful livable space. Ground floor has two large rooms and a "basement" room in the back for mechanicals. 2nd Floor has three large rooms and and bathroom. There are also steps to a small attic in the front of the house.
