Utilities are at a flat rate of around $150. The house is located in a very accessible area. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach multiple stores (Target, Giant, Best Buy, Marshalls, Burlington, Lidl, and more) the Columbia Heights subway station, and multiple WMATA bus stops.
