Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a safe, clean, and quiet apartment in South Anchorage. This bungalow is surrounded by 2 birch trees. It is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom ground level unit of a triplex that feels set apart from the rest of the building. There is a king bed, queen bed, and twin sofa bed. It is located at the bottom of the hillside and within walking distance to stores. This building gets sun all day so you can enjoy the Land of the Midnight Sun. Just a minute from getting on the main Alaska State Highway (but not close enough that you can hear it). It's convenient if you want to drive to Girdwood. It's a 10 minute drive to downtown or the airport. There's a quality grocery store, gas station, and many other stores and restaurants located within walking distance just at the end of the street. The kitchen is stocked with some of our favorite spices for gourmet cooking. There is a Britta water filter, hot water kettle, selection of teas, coffee maker, coffee grinder, local gourmet coffee, air fryer, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer, hair dryer, ironing board set, bear spray, umbrella, pack n play with fitted sheet/blanket, stroller, white noise sound machine, and a BBQ outside the front door. There are 4 stairs with a rail to enter the unit. My husband and I are the owners of the building and live in another unit in this triplex. If there is anything additional you need please let us know so we can do our best to include it for you. No parties allowed. Please be a quiet neighbor and have quiet hours after 11 pm. There is a family of 5 living in the upstairs unit with a toddler daughter and you may see their family occasionally walking around the property. They have 2 French bulldogs who are friendly. We have a miniature poodle puppy who looks like a teddy bear and may say hi to you if you're outside. We hope you enjoy your stay in Alaska! All utilities included, including wifi.
