PET POLICY
The space is dog-friendly with a pet fee of $100 per dog, with a limit of 2 dogs. Pets must be 50lbs or less to help us maintain high cleanliness standards. By booking, you agree to take responsibility for any damage or extra cleaning caused by your dog during the stay. Please clean up after your dog using doggie bags, or a $150 fee will be assessed. **Note: Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are also subject to the pet fee.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
We require a $1,000 refundable damage deposit, signed lease agreement and State issued Driver's License or Passport of the primary renter. All these items must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. These items will be collected via a third-party property management software. You will receive an email after you complete this booking.
Primary renter must be 25 years old to rent and signer of agreement must stay on premises for entire booking
This property is a mid term furnished rental and must be rented for 30 days or longer. We require a $1000.00 deposit hold and a signed lease agreement. All utilities are included with a cap of $150 per month for electric. This is a no smoking unit. A pet fee of $100 per dog is required and dogs are limited to 2 that are 50lbs or less. There is a cleaning fee of $169.
