We are being transferred out of state, and need to move the end of February, maybe sooner. Our lease is for 6 months and goes thru August 29th, 2016. You can take over our lease and save a lot of $$ off the market value! We are in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 large closets, linen closet and pantry, separate laundry room, 1197 sq. ft. Rockford floor plan. Washer and dryer are not included, but you can buy ours or bring your own. We are on the 2nd floor and also have an attached garage with plenty of storage and room. I have a lady interested who wants a roommate to transfer from her apt. to ours, if you are looking. Otherwise, we will let a family take it over. Only interested contact us please, as we need to move soon and the take over is for February 27th. We will pay for the 3 days left in February. All you have to do is apply at the office and let them know you are taking over our lease. You must make over $55,000 to qualify. I've attached photos of the floor plan and interior. We do have a $1485 deposit you will need to pay us up front. You will get it back at the end of your lease. We are non-smoking and no pets, but you are allowed to have pets. Very clean home with new carpet and flooring. We've been here for one year. The zipcode is Englewood, but we are in the Lone Tree area located near I-25 and Lincoln.
