We are moving and are looking for someone to take over our apartment in the Renton Highlands. The current lease runs from now through the end of December, with the possibility to renew in December. We are a bit flexible with the exact date, but looking to move out ~August 15th. Amenities include granite countertops, in-unit washer/dryer, duel sinks in the bathroom, enclosed parking, air conditioning unit, gym, pool and a balcony with an incredible view of the Olympic Mountains! The apartment also has an extra space that we have used for a guest second bed, but would also be a great office space, storage space or craft corner. We will miss the incredible afternoon sunlight and evening sunsets over the mountains when we leave this apartment! Located down the street from I-405 which makes getting to work easy. Applicants must submit an application and pass a background check through the apartment agency, and give the agency a refundable $350 deposit. Also, they require a combined monthly salary of all occupants equal to 3X the cost of the rent, so ~$4350. Dogs and cats are welcome on the property. The apartment agency requires a $400 pet deposit, of which $200 is refundable. There is an additional $28/month pet fee. Some breeds are restricted but I don't believe there is a weight limit.
