The main living area has been insulated and sheet rocked and ready for your finishing touches. The plumbing is there for a kitchenette to be installed. The bathroom has a toilet and shower. There is a basement under most of the camp with a wood stove that was the camp's original heat source, but it also has a pellet stove installed for a second heat source. Solar provides the camp's electricity and it also has generator hookup for backup. There is a small pond on the property, a large open area that previously was used for a shooting range, but would also make a great place to park campers. Most of the land is still wooded. The road continues after this property which is a ATV/snowmobile trail (via the Harlen Rd). The road into it the camp is no longer ATV accessible, but beyond it is. Winter access would be the owners responsibility.
