There is a hot tub on the property Partially furnished including sleeper sofa, dining table, two TVs, full-sized refrigerator and a mini fridge, microwave etc. There is not a oven however there is a large countertop convection oven and 2-burner electric range. There also is not a washer and dryer but I am willing to offer the use of the washer and dryer in the main house under certain conditions. The upstairs bedroom area is completely open with no closets or doors. Please note that the guest house is in close proximity to the main house. As children live on the property candidates may need to agree to a background check and interview to be considered. Pets are welcome however it will depend on type and behavior as I do have a dog as well. 6 month or 1 year lease. Power bill will be separate and in addition to the monthly rent. Free WiFi and house has a well, so water is included. One car port spot available for parking, additional parking available.
