Q: Is there off street parking available?
A: There is a limited amount of space available for tenant(s) listed within lease for $100 per month per vehicle. Up to two vehicles per apartment.
Q: Is there any outdoor space inclusive within the rental?
A: Each apartment has exclusive access to a rear outdoor deck.
Q: Is the building pet friendly?
A: Yes. Providing pet is friendly, well trained and housebroken. It is not okay for any pet to use any interior space as a bathroom at any time unless it is a self contained litter box.
Q: Is smoking in the building okay?
A: Smoking and or drug use of any kind on or within the property is not okay and would be considered a violation of the lease agreement, enforceable by immediate notice to vacate.
Q: What condition are the apartments in?
A: All apartments are in excellent condition and all are well maintained.
Q: How about kids?
A: Of course. Yes. However, please notify management of the age(s) of kids. As, the apartment you may be interested in may not be suitable for younger children for safety reasons (window guards).
Q: What is the preliminary criteria for securing a lease to rent?
A: Have in hand: at least two state issued identification, minimum 3 months pay stubs, last two years tax returns and a recent (within 30 days) copy of credit report
