Flooring work 8/26. More pictures as I get them..sorry been working on the house..master bath is awaiting whitewash and is the last one for paint...all others have been painted, then door replacements and quarter round to give finished look on the flooring. I will not carry the loan on this house. Price is negotiable... Master bath toilet replaced 6 Aug. Progress is being made... Awaiting flooring delivery for install. Main areas, hallway, and 4 bedrooms whitewashed 7 Aug. Carpets removed 30 Jul to make way for new flooring. 5 ton Air conditioner installed 1 Aug.
