Our house is 4813 total sq ft and 3022 sq ft living. It is built on a lot that is 110 X 265 to the middle of the lake and a true lot size of 110 X 200. It is in a wonderful neighborhood that is both family and kid friendly. The outside of the house is brick and hardy planks. Inside the ceilings are 10 feet tall, real brick and hardwood floors throughout. All interior doors are made of real wood as well. The house is one and a half stories with a bonus room upstairs used for recreational use (game room). This room has a beautiful view of the pond behind the house.
