This house was built in 1901, verified by the Frederick, Oklahoma Historical Society. The house was built before Oklahoma became a state. There are two hidden attic rooms and also a twenty-five foot attic. There is a country charm to this home but it also has a history of being haunted. The house was built with 2 by 12 planks and is very solid. It has withstood over 112 years of Oklahoma tornadoes. Pidgeons have roosted on top of this house since it was first built and still remains to this day. The rooms are approximately 12 feet in height and very spacious. Originally there were two chimney's, with one remaining. There is a turret and beneath it is three rounded windows on each floor. The roof was replaced in 2009. There is also a storm cellar on the back porch.
