Failure to do so may result in breach of contract. Only braided washer hoses are allowed. Do not use cheap rubber hoses for a washer connection. Very close to I-95. This is a great family neighborhood with many mature residents, to include working professionals and retirees. I do not accept Section 8 or housing vouchers.
