It's a typical finished basement, with a granite bar-turned-kitchenette with a double window over it and a separate entry door. Two rooms, a 20x16 room with a nice closet, and the huge room with a wall dividing it halfway down the middle and a bathroom with a tiled shower. Also a brand new 700sf cement patio (~300sf deck overhead) outside your entrance exclusively for your use and a parking space in the driveway. Railroad tie steps lead from your parking space to the rear entrance. All new appliances include full-sized LG refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, two-burner induction cooktop, and front-load full-sized LG washer and dryer, toaster oven, and coffee pot. Rent includes many extras, including wi-fi & internet, YouTube TV with 85 channels, electricity, propane (heat from either heat pump or propane furnace, depending on temperature), (filtered) well water, weekly trash service and bi-weekly recycling. The owner takes care of mowing the one-acre lot on a cul de sac at the end of a one-mile private road with homes on at least one acre. The owner resides upstairs and is a single occupant, along with two small dogs and two cats. He is a fairly meticulous, quiet, and clean owner that has done extensive renovations over the nearly three years of ownership. Dogs and cats considered with a small monthly surcharge. The basement also houses the utility room (not included in square footage) where the owner needs to flush the water pre-filter, change the main water filter, and change the air filter, so occasional access is required though never without notice and consent.
