Harold Square Apartments. Located on the Commons in Downtown Ithaca, NY with a spectacular view. Most likely the best view in town!! This is a sublet/lease takeover for my apartment unit. Building Management prefers for someone to start a lease in April or by 05/01/2023 and sign a 12-month or longer lease. There is a washer and dryer in the unit (see pics). There is a gym in the building and a bike storage area in the basement. There is also an Amazon Hub in the mailroom. This building is located right above Paris Baguette right in the middle of commons with all the restaurants, and is super close (less than 20 ft) to the Green St. bus station which will take you anywhere in town. The good thing about this building is the super short walk to the bus station and next-door parking garage is covered which is really helpful for rainy/snow days. I have been the only tenant to have lived in this unit. The pics of the empty apartment is not my unit but exact same layout. The pics with furniture are my unit. Only my unit is for sublet. My Furniture & Furnishings are not included. The building pays for all utilities including high-speed internet, except the electricity. The tenant is responsible for electricity payments.
