This 3-story colonial home is in excellent condition. It is one of the nicest homes on a street full of beautiful, and unique homes. Neighborhood Description This is simply the best Philadelphia suburb. The entire area is full of unique homes, and is very convenient to everything in southeastern PA. It is very close to Center City, has lots of shopping just around the corner, and is in the affluent Main Line area, which is the most sought after real estate in the regoin. There is a very large park and playground at the bottom of the col de sac behind my back yard, and it has everything from tennis courts to baseball and soccer fields.
