There is a very nice Pavillion with pool/gym as well as a very nice public pool within a 4 min drive. No smoking allowed inside. Pets or a travel buddy are considered as long as they are housebroken. We have new flooring and carpet. A $300 nonrefundable deposit and the first month's rent are required before moving in. You must show a valid ID, proof of contract, and duration.
