I'm looking for someone interested in subleasing/renting my apartment/room for the summer (May, June, July). It's a four bedroom apartment (though you will only pay 1/4 of the rent hence the $365 rent price) and no one plans on living there this summer, so if you have friends looking to sublease/rent there is room for them as well.The apartment will have a furnished living room, and the bedroom I'm offering will also be furnished with a twin bed, dresser and nightstand.Rent includes heat/air, water, internet, and cable. The only extra fee is electricity which is minimal.This apartment is only two blocks from campus, very spacious, and has a full kitchen (dishwater, fridge, microwave, and oven.) There are two bathrooms in the apartment and coin laundry downstairs.There has been no problems with the apartment while I've lived there, management takes care of the place very well.
