No mail box supplied. Very cozy front porch with ceiling fans. Very cozy back yard, with concrete slab for sitting and barbequing, very private except occasional hello from rear neighbor. If you want quiet and very convenient to everything. 3 mins to downtown, eateries all around within 3-5 minutes. East Chase Shopping and Dining is only a 20 minute drive away. Cozy eateries 2 minutes away at Historic Cloverdale. The property is itself situated in the Historic Garden District of Montgomery. Parking is in front of home on either side of the street. The entire home is equipped with an Alarm System, however, usually not needed. Most of the time, tenants in Unit 1 and 2 are at home. Tenants are both on the elderly side and the building is very quiet. 98% of the time, tenants are home and fast to sleep at a certain time of night. Landlord does not live on site, but visits every now and then and sleeps in Apartment #4.
