Why can't you guarantee a move-in date? We cannot guarantee a move-in date on units that are under-construction. We are pretty confident in our estimated move-in dates, but due to the nature of construction and the slow process of Occupancy Certificates from the City we will not guarantee a move-in date until 30 days before.
