The room is in a very nice remodeled furnished This is the master bedroom with private bathroom and large walk-in closet. 2024 sqf house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen open on a large dining area. The bedroom as well as the house are fully furnished and equipped. Linen is available (out of state students do not need to bring or purchase sheets, blankets, towels, etc.) The kitchen is equipped for cooking (dishes, pots, dish washer, garbage disposal, microwave, etc.). A gas BBQ grill and outdoor sitting is also available. Washer and dryer, are available as well as iron, ironing table, etc. The house is equipped with wireless internet. The rent is $800 a month plus utilities (split between tenants). We follow ASU academic calendar and can rent for one year or until August 31, 2026. The other tenants are young professionals and ASU graduate students. The atmosphere is very friendly yet calm and respectful of privacy. No need to pay for expensive parking at ASU: the house is at an easy bike riding distance from/to ASU and on the route of the free ORBIT Venus Tempe shuttle. Parking is available at the house. We follow ASU academic calendar and room may be rented until August 15, 2023 or until May 31st, 2023. The room is furnished. All utilities are paid and spilt between tenants.
