House can be rented furnished or cleared for renter and furniture. Owner pays for water. Renter pays for gas and electric bill, along with providing their own internet service and modem. Renter is responsible for mowing of small yard, and owner provides electric push mower and trimmer. Owner also maintains all landscaping of front and back of yard. A Maximum of two, medium small dogs allowed. No cats. No smoking inside house. Lease runs for one year from time of signinig. Last month's rent is due at time of signing. Rent is due on 1st of month. If no payment by 5th, papers will be served for removal from home.
